All aspects of the "Third Place" app must comply with:

Google Play Developer Policies.

Prohibited Content: The "Third Place" app must not include any prohibited content such as hate speech, explicit material, violence, illegal activities, or any other content that violates Google Play's content policies.
Age-Appropriate Content: Ensure that all content is suitable for the target audience and adheres to the age ratings provided by Google Play.
Advertising: Any advertisements within the app must comply with Google Play's advertising policies and should not mislead users.

User Data Privacy: Collect, use, and share user data in compliance with Google Play's user data policy and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and associated rules.
Privacy Policy: A clear and transparent privacy policy must be provided within the app, detailing what data is collected, how it is used, and how users can control their data.
Secure Data Transmission: Implement robust security measures to protect user data during transmission and storage, including encryption where necessary.

Malware Protection: The "Third Place" app must be free from any form of malware, spyware, or other malicious software.
Secure Coding Practices: Follow industry best practices for secure coding to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure the app's security.

Original Content: Ensure that all content within the "Third Place" app, including code, graphics, and text, is original or properly licensed.
Trademarks: Do not infringe on the trademarks of others. Any use of third-party trademarks must have proper authorization.

Stable Performance: The "Third Place" app must be thoroughly tested to ensure it functions correctly and provides a stable user experience.
Regular Updates: Provide regular updates to fix bugs, improve performance, and enhance security.
Compatibility: Ensure compatibility with the latest versions of the Android operating system and a range of devices commonly used in India.

In-App Purchases: Any in-app purchases must comply with Google Play's in-app billing policies.

Voluntary Removal: India Accelerator reserves the right to voluntarily remove the "Third Place" app from the Google Play Store if deemed necessary.
